Choose between an automatic, manual or continuously variable transmission in the Honda Accord. The continuously variable transmission keeps the engine at the most efficient speed for improved fuel economy and offers no steps between gears. The Sonata does not offer a continuously variable transmission.

Drift compensation steering automatically compensates for road conditions that could cause the vehicle to drift from side to side helping the driver stay straight. The Hyundai Sonata does not offer drift compensation steering.

The Accord’s standard speed sensitive windshield wipers speed up and slow down when the car does alleviating the driver’s need to continuously adjust the wiper setting. The Sonata comes with manual variable intermittent wipers that must be continuously adjusted.

Enjoy the perfect cabin temperature with standard dual zone air conditioning in the Accord. The driver and front passenger sets different temperature preferences so you don’t have to compromise. Dual zone air conditioning costs extra on the Sonata and is not available on the SE/Eco model.

It’s not forbidden any longer for all of you U.S. citizens! The Civic Hatch styling is European-inspired and a head-turner, for sure, with 5-doors. What to Expect in the 2017 Honda Odyssey in San Antonio

If there is one thing that comes to mind for a parent getting in the swing of things for back-to-school, it’s probably transportation. Taking the kids to and from school, participating in the weekly car pool, going to and fro soccer and dance practices, and picking up dinner all require a not only reliable car, but one that can handle these daily tasks with ease. The 2017 Honda Odyssey in San Antonio isn’t expected to make its debut until November or December, but this new model year is expected to have some really cool features. So stay tuned as Fiesta Honda goes through what to expect.

The last time the Honda Odyssey received a noticeable facelift was in 2014. Although nothing has been officially unveiled yet, there is good reason to believe that this 2017 Odyssey will be a little more updated. It has been rumored that this 5th generation Odyssey will be based off of 2016 Acura models. Unlike boxy minivans of the past, this minivan will have clean lines and be streamlined for ultimate styling.

We can expect the interior to be drastically updated, as are the current 2017 model Hondas. The interior will mirror the exterior essentially, with clean lines and a modern-feel. We have reason to believe that the HondaSensing suite will be offered, as does the 2017 Accord, 2017 Ridgeline and 2017 Fit. This minivan will be the most powerful on the block with at least 250 horsepower, which really makes it a competitive option. There have also been rumors that it will have an improved VCM like the 2016 Pilot and an All Wheel Drive option.

Trust us, Fiesta Honda is just as excited as you are about the new 2017 Honda Odyssey in San Antonio. We don’t even know all of the details yet, but we know it’s going to be a game changer in the minivan world! Stay tuned for updates for now, but if you just can’t wait you can always check out our 2016 Honda Odyssey inventory!

Screen Shot 2016-08-22 at 3.48.59 PM.png

The 2017 model year Fit isn’t changing as far as the exterior goes. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing considering the body style was significantly upgraded in the 2016 model year. It’s sporty and fun, which an edge of sophistication – everything you’d want in a 5-door car! All headlights and rear lights will be LED, giving it that extra luxury touch, and it has been said that the front headlights will be a slightly different shape than the previous year. The Honda Fit is available in 8 vibrant colors like last year, only the Lunar Silver metallic will replace the Alabaster Silver Metallic in 2017.

Screen Shot 2016-08-22 at 3.49.15 PM.png

As far as the interior goes, you can expect a “pocket style” which just means the available cargo and passenger space is shocking compared to what the vehicle’s size is. There’s more legroom than ever and it still comes with the Honda “Magic Seat” that allows for even more storage in this subcompact car. Upholstery is top of the line, available even in leather, and the dash controls are enlarged and easy to use and there’s an optional 7-inch touchscreen.

Under the hood, you’ll find a 6-speed CVT engine with a G-shift control. CVT helps the engine perform at its most efficient setting, resulting in better power and performance for you! The expected fuel economy rating is 29 city/36 highway MPG* which is a great number for a compact car, especially if you’re a commuter. Honda is always at the top of the game when it comes to safety, which this time around means Vehicle Stability Assist, side curtain airbags with a rollover sensor, Electronic Brake Distribution and a 5-star overall vehicle score from the NHTSA!

You can’t make a wrong new car decision if you choose the 2017 Honda Fit in San Antonio! The 2017 Fit has a lot to offer, and frankly, Fiesta Honda doesn’t think any car is a better fit. Stay tuned for us to get the new Fit in stock, until then, check out our other 2017 cars!

In addition to the Honda Sensing™ suite, there is the Lane Keeping Assist System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Braking System and the Road Departure Mitigation System. To put it lightly, the Accord will keep you safe in a variety of scenarios!

Lastly, there is an Accord Hybrid option for those of you who are fuel-conscious. The Accord Hybrid gets an incredible 49/47-MPG city/highway* which really makes an impact considering competition doesn’t get more than 43 city MPG. The Accord Hybrid is making waves in the Hybrid category because not only is it fuel efficient, but it still gets 212 horsepower with the use of two motors! This is made possible by the fact that it can switch into Sport Mode for better acceleration.

Introducing the 2017 Honda Ridgeline in San Antonio

If there is one truck out there that people are talking about, it’s the 2017 Honda Ridgeline in San Antonio. Breaking the rules of conventional pick-up trucks, the Ridgeline is wowing truck lovers for several reasons. This 2017 truck model is not only on target with top-of-the-line technology, but is ahead of the game! Fiesta Honda is proud to offer this truck to our customers, so before you come in for a test dive let’s go over the highlights of the new Ridgeline!

A Truck Bed Like You’ve Never Seen Before

Honda made a seemingly unchangeable detail of trucks the star feature. Think of it as a “smart bed” – “From off-road toys to 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood, the bed of the Ridgeline was designed with minimal wheel well housings in order to maximize hauling capabilities.” Simple enough, right? The actual tailgate itself if smart too, opening multi-way unlike traditional tailgates. You are able to open the truck bed like a door or like a regular tailgate. Honda has also invented a solution to the low-storage problem with the In-Bed Trunk®that allows you to store items securely in the 7.3 cubic feet space located in the bed, and lock it, too. It even comes equipped with a drain plug so you can use it as an ice chest! We could go on about the truck bed’s other cool features like the Truck Bed Audio System, but we need to keep moving so let’s talk about the interior.

There’s seating for up to five adults comfortably, but if you are only seating 2 or 3 people, the seats are 60/40 lift-up rear seats to make room for extra storage. For the couple that is constantly switching who drives, you’ll love the memory seat that has driver memory settings for up to two people.

2016 Optima vs. 2016 Honda Accord in San Antonio

Searching for affordably priced sedans that air on the side of luxury? You’ve come to the right place! Fiesta Honda wants to assist you in making that new car decision. In fact, we’re going to do a comparison of two incredibly popular sedans of today: the 2016 Optima and the 2016 Honda Accord in San Antonio. Some have better safety than others, some have better performance capabilities, and we’re here to uncover exactly which car that is!

If it’s safety that you care most about in a car (most people do) then you’re better off going with the 2016 Accord. Although both have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, rearview cameras and lane departure warning systems, only the 2016 Accord was named a “Top Pick Plus” for 2015. The Institute for Highway Safety administers the safety tests to be named a “Top Pick” or “Top Pick Plus”, and the honor is only granted to 64 vehicles.

Like safety, these sedans in Round Rock are not created equal in fuel efficiency. With 27 MPG in the city and 37 on the highway*, the Accord takes the cake for better fuel mileage. The Optima only receives 25 MPG in the city and 37 on the highway. If you like spending less money and getting more bang for your buck, the Accord is the way to go!

Lastly, let’s talk about technology. Today’s affordable sedans have almost the same technology features as some luxury lines, and it doesn’t stop with either of these two cars! The Accord EX/EX-L/Touring has a standard remote vehicle starting system (so you don’t even have to leave your home to warm up or cool off your car)! Unfortunately, the Optima doesn’t even offer this feature in any model. The Accord also has several standard features that the Optima doesn’t have like speed-sensitive windshield wipers, standard automatic headlight on/off feature and standard dual zone air conditioning!

If we had to choose, we’d definitely be driving the 2016 Honda Accord in San Antonio for several reasons. Safety, MPG and technology are all important, but how about you take a test drive to seal the deal? Stop by Fiesta Honda today to get behind the wheel of this new Accord!
